30-day returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at support@canivogiants.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the correct return address. Return addresses may vary by item, so please do not send items back without approval. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items can’t be returned, including:
•⁠  ⁠Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective or incorrect)
•⁠  ⁠Personal care items / supplements (if opened or unsealed)
•⁠  ⁠Gift cards
•⁠  ⁠Final sale / clearance items (if marked as such)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
