Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
All products are fulfilled from U.S. or EU-based partners, depending on availability and craftsmanship requirements.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Handcrafted or made to order items may require additional processing time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on product type and destination:
Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days
 Specialty Items: For select items such as custom pieces or special requests, delivery           times may extend up to approximately three weeks.

Shipping Costs, Duties & Taxes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

 

For orders fulfilled by our European partners, we cover all applicable import duties and taxes on your behalf. All customs and import charges are prepaid under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), ensuring a seamless premium shopping experience with no unexpected costs upon delivery.




Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Canivo Giants is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Defective Items
